Victoria Tierney

Victoria is a poet, photographer, and lover of mixed medium. More recently turning her eye toward collage with fabrics. She started her involvement in art by studying black & white photography, taught by a student of Ansel Adams, and created in her own dark room. Her ancestors were fabric artists, and she turned to fabric  honoring their memory, while also gifting many of her quilts to her beloved friends and family. She respects her own times as well and admires the art of Robert Rauschenberg, Rosie Lee Tomkins, and so many others. She is pleased to be a board member and a participant of the Sidney Museum and Arts Association.
