You can pick up your purchases curbside at the Sidney Art Gallery, 202 Sidney Avenue, Port Orchard, WA  98366 or we will be happy to deliver locally in Kitsap County.  We are encouraging curbside pickup for local sales.  Please contact the Sidney Art Gallery at 360-876-3693 to make arrangements for pickup or delivery.  If you need something shipped, the shipping costs will be charged at the actual cost to package and ship your items and insurance.  That amount will be communicated to you prior to any charge being made.  We will ship with the most efficient service and will always insure the package.  Weight will be rounded up to the nearest pound or ounce.  USPS first class mail or priority mail will be utilized where applicable.  Again, please call 360-876-3693 to make arrangements.


Because we represent local and regional artists on a consignment basis, the return policy for the Sidney Museum and Art Association has always been no returns.  The artists are paid their portion of the sale price within 15 days after the end of the month in which there is a sale.  However, due to our current circumstances and because you will not be able in some instances to see the item prior to receiving it, but after paying for it, our return policy for items purchased from our online store will be returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase.  The return must be made by the original purchaser.  The cost of returning the item will be borne by the purchaser.  Please call 360-876-3693 to make arrangements for any returns.


Payment can be made online via paypal or through the Wix payment processing or through Square.  Payment may also be made in person at the Sidney Art Gallery by check or cash.


Certain works of art are being sold subject to a contract of consignment.


The Artist of any original Artwork is the creator and copyright owner of the Art work.  All rights belonging to the holder of the copyright, including the production rights, shall remain with the Artist.
