Bev Hanson

"It is so wonderful that a camera can catch those moments that otherwise might be lost. With my camera in hand and some lenses ready to go, I am out there looking for treasures and to show something in a different way from anyone else. Whether it be nature or people or objects and buildings, there is always another way to tell the picture story. Sometimes the photo stands on its own; other times I add a creative hand to do some digital painting. It is also important that I select the proper media, be it matte, canvas, silk, metallic glossy, or the many others out there ( do almost all my own printing). The media needs to fit the photo.
It is truly a treasure hunt as I am ever on the alert with my quest to find that elusive scene - The Perfect Picture."
