Michele Sleight

Michele Sleight is a Pacific Northwest artist with her own recognizable style.  She renders lines that lead the viewer’s eye through her art with a graceful flow while intricate details and textures allow for pauses along the way. Her award winning art is an illustrative presentation of fine line ink drawings, acrylic paintings and mixed media works.  There is usually a story behind each piece which she is happy to share when asked.

Michele is a member of the South Kitsap Artist Association and is represented by the Sidney Art Gallery in Port Orchard.  She is also a member of Peninsula Art League in Gig Harbor, Washington.

When not drawing or painting, Michele enjoys creating beaded jewelry, knitting, writing poetry and spending time with her husband, Brian, their four children and seven grandchildren.
